Did you know that Resident Map isn’t just property management software to be used in managing your property? It also has many great tools to assist in managing employees! Yes, Resident Map does all the standard functions expected such as: taking payments, moving residents in/out, setting monthly fees, and much more!
However, Resident Map has great tools to assist you in managing employees and keeping organized. We have a message board. This allows for inter-company communication. You choose who you want to have a “discussion” with and then post a message. You can receive replies back, all the while these messages are archived for future reference. We also have a monthly task list that allows you to set goals and tasks for your on-site management. Another great tool we offer is a daily log. The daily log allows on-site management to make a log of important events that happened that day. This is saved for future reference, making it easy to find out when a specific event occurred.
